HERE'S HOW IT WORKS

Once you place your order, you'll receive an email confirmation from subscriptions@shnsf.com within 5 days. You will receive best available seating in the section of your choice (Orchestra, Loge, Mezzanine, Balcony) after full season renewing and full season new subscribers have been seated. Exact seat locations are not available at the time of ordering. Your subscription tickets will be mailed, once show dates are confirmed, typically 6-8 weeks prior to the show. When you receive your tickets, you may exchange them up to 24 hours prior to curtain for any other performance of the same production.

THE FINE PRINT

Subscription price includes a service charge and restoration fee. In the event of an unavoidable change, SHN reserves the right to present substitution(s) to productions currently scheduled. No refunds on individual shows. All phone and online orders incur a $6.50 transaction fee.
