IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Confirmation: You should have received a postcard confirming your subscription. If you have not confirmed your new account number, username and password to manage your account online, give us a call and we'll get you started.

Extended Hours: Just a reminder that our Audience Services regular hours are Monday through Friday 10am-5pm but when productions are in performance we'll stay open until ½ hour after curtain time including Saturdays and Sundays to better serve your last minute needs.
Ticket Exchange By Phone: You can now exchange your tickets by phone at no cost and choose to receive your tickets via email or regular mail! While our new in house ticketing system does not support online ticket exchanges, we hope to develop this functionality in the future. For more information on all subscriber benefits, give us a call at 888 SHN 1799.
First Show: The first show on the 10/11 season is SHREK THE MUSICAL, coming to the Orpheum Theatre Dec. 1 through Jan. 2. Look for your tickets to arrive in the mail in October.
Mark Your Calendars: Performance dates for the remaining shows on the season are: NEXT TO NORMAL: Jan. 25-Feb. 20; ROCK OF AGES: Mar. 8-Apr. 3; BLUE MAN GROUP: May 24-June 19; BILLY ELLIOT: Begins Sept. 13, 2011.
Additional Tickets: You can pre-order additional tickets now for all shows on the season with no additional fees for the number of tickets you hold on your subscription (per show). Give us a call at 888 SHN 1799 or email is at subscriptions@shnsf.com, and we'll make a note on your account to process and mail your additional tickets along with your subscription tickets.

FIRST ACCESS TICKETS FOR BANANA SHPEEL
One of the benefits of subscribing is the opportunity to get FIRST ACCESS tickets to special attractions that are not part of your season, before the general public. As a subscriber, you now have the opportunity to purchase FIRST ACCESS tickets to BANANA SHPEEL, a new show from Cirque du Soleil, coming to the Golden Gate Theatre October 16 through November 14.
Variety Magazine calls Banana Shpeel "a boisterously winning funfest," and as a subscriber you can save up to $30 per ticket! To purchase tickets, call SHN Audience Services at 888 SHN 1799. There are no additional fees on tickets up to the number of tickets you hold on your subscription account.

A NOTE ABOUT WHEN PERFORMANCE DATES ARE CONFIRMED
SHN prides itself in presenting first run and world premiere plays and musicals. The scheduling flexibility required to host these productions prevents us from announcing performance dates as the beginning of each season. Exact dates are announced between 16 and 20 weeks prior to the engagement and at that time, your tickets will be mailed to you However, subscribers have the exclusive option of exchanging subscription tickets between any performance of each production. Since each production runs a minimum of four weeks, there are over 32 performances available to accommodate your schedule.
