RUSH TICKETS FOR Fiddler on the Roof

A limited number of $30 LIMITED VIEW RUSH tickets will be available for all performances of Fiddler on the Roof. RUSH tickets can be purchased on the day of performance only and are available 2 HOURS PRIOR TO PERFORMANCE at the Golden Gate Theatre Box Office.

Rush tickets are available to anyone, with a limit of two tickets per person. Cash only, these tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis. Some restrictions may apply and tickets are subject to availability.

Preserving the FIDDLER Tradition

It is the show that few thought would appeal to mass audiences yet it became the longest running musical for 10 years after it debuted in 1964, won nine Tony Awards and has become one of the world's most beloved musicals. Sammy Dallas Bayes, the director/choreography of the current production, maintains Jerome Robbins original staging and the universality of Fiddler on the Roof.

The new production of Dreamgirls, the Tony Award-winning musical, will play the Curran Theatre this summer as the final production of the 2009-2010 Citibank Best of Broadway series.

 


Spectacular new staging of J M Barrie's Peter Pan

In April San Francisco will host the U.S. premiere of a spectacular new staging of Peter Pan, J.M. Barrie’s classic story. Conceived by an award winning creative team and featuring 22 actors, stunning puppets, epic music, dazzling flying sequences and the world’s first 360-degree CGI theater set, Peter Pan is an extraordinary experience.

One of the most striking elements of this new production is the setting in which it is presented, The threesixty° Theater. The show is performed “in the round” in a 1350 seat theater-tent, which will stand 100 ft hight in Ferry Park on the Embarcadero opposite The Ferry Building.
