2010-2011 Season Renewal Instructions

Thank you for renewing your 2010-2011 SHN subscription. Please review the screenshots below to familiarize yourself with the online renewal process. You may also print these instructions out if you wish. If you have any questions or difficulties you may contact an SHN rep by calling 888-SHN-1799 Monday through Friday, 10am - 5pm.


1. Click here to access the login page.

2. Enter your email address and temporary password listed in your email. If you did not receive your renewal email, please contact us. Upon logging in, you will be prompted to input your temporary password and enter a new personalized password containing at least 6 characters of both letters and numbers. Please write this information down in a safe location.

3. Click on ‘My SHN Account'. DO NOT CLICK ON ‘CONTINUE'.

4. Select ‘Show Renewal Orders' under ‘Renewal Options'. Click anywhere on the light blue bar that has on 2010-2011 Season on it to reveal your subscription renewal information.

5. Verify your performance day, seating locations and price.

6. Select either ‘Via Standard Mail' or ‘Via Email' as your Delivery Method. This is how you will receive your subscription tickets.

7. If you would like to request a seating change, please answer the questions under ‘Changes/Requests'. By leaving question responses as ‘no change' we will renew your same seats. Confirm the total of your order, add the necessary ‘Payment Information' and your ‘Payment Option'. Click on ‘Renew' to submit payment. Once your renewal payment has been processed, you may click on 'View Printer-Friendly invoice' and print an invoice for your records.
