Getting There

From the North Bay (Golden Gate Bridge) Take 101 South across the Golden Gate Bridge. Follow 101 South along Lombard Street to Van Ness Avenue, turn right. At Golden Gate Avenue, turn left, and then at Hyde, turn right. Look for parking in this area behind the theatre or across Market on 8th Street. The entrance to the theatre is on Market, east of Hyde. From the East Bay (Bay Bridge) Stay to the left and take the 5th Street/101 North exit. At the exit ramp, veer left onto Harrison and go west to 7th Street, turn right. Stay to the left, cross Market Street and turn left onto McAllister. Go one block and turn left onto Hyde.Look for parking in this area behind the theatre or across Market on 8th Street. The entrance to the theatre is on Market Street, east of Hyde. From the South Bay Take 101 North towards I80 (Bay Bridge). Stay to the right and take the 7th Street exit, turn left onto 7th. Stay to the left, cross Market Street and turn left onto McAllister. Go one block and turn left onto Hyde Street. Look for parking in this area behind the theatre or across Market on 8th Street. The entrance to the theatre is on Market Street, east of Hyde. From BART or MUNI Get off at the Civic Center station. Come up at the Hyde/Market Street exit (the west end of the station). The lobby of the Orpheum is on Market where the stairway comes up, the corner of Hyde & Market.
Parking
Street parking can be limited; meters run M-Sat until 6 p.m. There are many public and private lots in the area: Trinity Plaza Apartments on 8th just past Market Street, the Holiday Inn on 8th, and Civic Center Garage at 355 McAllister.
